Your compliance calendar
Every date that applies to you, in plain English. We watch them so you don't have to — and we tell you early, never at the last minute.
What this is — A one-time check the FMCSA does on every brand-new carrier. They look through your safety paperwork to make sure you're running things right. Pass it and you keep your authority.
What this is — Federal law says every CDL driver has to be in a random drug & alcohol testing pool. You're enrolled through our licensed partner — nothing for you to do here.
What this is — A fuel-tax report you file four times a year, based on the miles you drove in each state. It evens out the fuel taxes between states. We track the miles so the report is ready for you — and if your e-log is connected, the state-by-state miles fill in for you.
What this is — A yearly fee almost every interstate carrier has to pay. It's a quick once-a-year thing — yours is already done for 2026.
What this is — Every two years you have to confirm your company info with the FMCSA — even if nothing changed. Miss it and they can shut off your authority, so we'll nudge you in plenty of time.
What this is — A yearly federal tax on trucks 55,000 lbs and up. When you pay it the IRS gives you a stamped receipt (Schedule 1) — you need that to keep your plates current.
What this is — A one-time filing that names someone in each state who can receive legal papers for you. Required to get your authority — yours is already on file.
